Abstract
Nowadays the design and implementation of an effective system for assessment of personnel is important for the competitiveness of the organization. This article is dedicated to the models of Systems Development Life Cycle and the stages through which its design is passing. The system for evaluation of the personnel is considered in the context of information system. The stages in the design of a system for evaluation of personnel are adapted to The Systems Development Life Cycle.
